What if my withdrawal is delayed?
Before you create a ticket, please make sure that you have waited at least 6 hours.
Go to the Recent Activity- Withdrawal and check the payment status if 'Pending' or 'Denied'. This means the system has detected unusual activity on your account.
For FaucetPay transaction all payments are instant, make sure you have entered the correct FaucetPay email address.
